Our customers tell us we have no competition, and we know they aren’t simply flattering us because we have a 96% plus success rate in customer satisfaction. As a result, we exchange less than 4% of our mattresses, compared to a traditional brick and mortar retailer with 15% to 20% return/exchange rate, and an online return rate exceeding 40%. Another reason we are credited with being environmentally friendly. That, and we recycle every customer pickup when taking away their old mattress. We also stand behind the mattress you select with unparalleled customer service. If you don’t truly love your new mattress after 120 nights, we’ll exchange it; just ask any of our mattress consultants for details, no small print included.

If you invest the time in our EASY 3 Step Mattress Buying Process, we’ll guarantee your comfort on your new mattress up to 120 days from the date of delivery.
It may take up to 4-6 weeks for your body to adjust to your new sleep set. This is why Mattress Warehouse offers and 120-Day Comfort Guarantee on Posturepedic and other equivalent quality mattress sets and when the queen set price is $799.00 or King Price is $1099 and above. Because of the adjustment period to your new sleep set. This guarantee is limited to ONE exchange. Mattress Warehouse does not offer any type of refunds on mattresses. Due to their personal nature, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds on pillows, mattress pads, or bedding.

  • No refunds or exchanges on floor models, clearance merchandise, special orders, custom sizes, and adjustable bases.
  • The exchange should be done with the original sales person.
  • The set will be valued at 85% of the price paid.
  • The new model chosen must be of equal or greater price. The model chosen for the exchange will be sold at our tagged price in the store.
  • The new exchange must be the same size as the original purchase. We do not do an exchange for size, (i.e. a queen to a king).
  • The original mattress must be returned in clean and sanitary condition. An exchange cannot be made if the mattress or box springs are stained or damaged in any way. All law labels must remain attached.
  • A $75.00 redelivery fee will apply to all exchanges.
  • A Mattress Protector is required.
